Thank you for shopping with Zesty Root! We aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within South Africa only.
Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Fees

We offer reliable courier delivery across South Africa.

Standard delivery time is 2–3 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Free shipping promotions (if available) will apply automatically at checkout.
Payment & Order Release
If you choose to pay via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer):

Your order will only be shipped once the full payment has cleared and reflects in our bank account.

Proof of payment alone does not qualify for immediate order release or dispatch.

Please allow additional time for EFT payments to reflect, especially if made from a different bank.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate.
Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier, strikes, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at hello@zestyroot.co.za and we will assist you.
Wrong or Damaged Items
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
